These terms cover your use of handymcp.com and your purchase and use of HandyMCP Pro. HandyMCP is a product of Sukesh Das, a sole proprietor based in Habiganj, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). By buying a license or using the plugin you agree to these terms.
1. Who sells HandyMCP Pro
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
2. The product
HandyMCP is a WordPress plugin that lets AI apps such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work with your WordPress site through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). A free version is available. HandyMCP Pro is a paid version with more tools, sold as a license.
3. Licenses and plans
- Personal: use on 1 website.
- Pro: use on up to 5 websites.
- Agency: use on an unlimited number of websites that you own or manage for clients.
A license key turns on Pro features and updates for the number of sites in your plan. You can move a license from one site to another by deactivating it first. You may not share, resell or publish your license key.
4. Yearly and lifetime licenses
A yearly license includes one year of updates and support from the date of purchase. You can renew it from your account. If you do not renew, the plugin keeps working on your sites, but you no longer receive updates or support.
A lifetime license is a single payment and includes updates and support for as long as HandyMCP Pro is sold and maintained.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing section of this site. Paddle calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country at checkout. Prices may change in the future, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Software license
HandyMCP and HandyMCP Pro are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, like WordPress itself. The license key, updates, support and the HandyMCP name and logo are not covered by the GPL and are provided only to paying customers under these terms.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep backups of your website. HandyMCP includes undo history and backups for many changes, but no tool can protect against every problem.
- Only connect AI apps and accounts you trust, and only give them the abilities they need.
- Review important changes an AI app makes to your site.
- Use HandyMCP only on sites you own or are allowed to manage, and only for lawful purposes.
9. AI apps and third-party services
HandyMCP connects your site to AI apps that are run by other companies, such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Cursor. Those apps have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the output of AI apps or for how those companies process the data you send them.
10. Support
Support is provided by email at [email protected]. We aim to reply within one business day. Support covers installing, connecting and using HandyMCP. It does not cover custom development or problems caused by other plugins, themes or hosting.
11. Warranty and liability
HandyMCP is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be error free or suit every site. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
12. Ending a license
We may suspend or cancel a license that is shared, resold or used in breach of these terms. You can stop using HandyMCP at any time.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you bought your license apply to that purchase.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
